How Does the Video Golf Academy Work?
We work closely with the pro and marketing department to develop your video tip series. Once produced, we deliver a DVD master and arrange for duplication so your production can be sold through the pro shop, check-in counter or any other facility retail location.
We can also bundle a coupon or special offer with the DVD to further encourage customer loyalty. We then develop a 26-week e-mail campaign targeting your existing database. A component of the e-mail campaign is a "send to a friend" feature, which encourages growth of your database. If you don't have an e-mail database, we will help you develop one. Once we have completed the 26 e-mail campaigns we continue to work with you to develop campaigns based on this content that can be used for years to come.
How we manage an e-mail campaign for your facility:
Every week for 26 weeks, or every 2 weeks for a year, we develop and broadcast a permission based e-mail campaign to your database of clients.....Remember, this is not spam, we only send the tips to clients that have expressed an interest in receiving information from you.
First, we manage your data base for the campaign.Then we compose and schedule an e-mail broadcast with the Video Golf Academy tip, "Send to a friend" feature and any other message.
Your client then receives the e-mail, clicks on the link and views your tip. For the duration of the campaign your course remains fresh in your clients' mind.
